PCS is focused on expanding an inmate's ability to communicate with their family and friends. Our inmate calling options include debit calls, prepaid calls and collect calls. Each of these calling options are offered to the inmate’s and their family and friends at a fair and affordable price.

Debit Calls – PCS is a pioneer in providing debit calling services to inmates at correctional facilities. Inmates can purchase debit phone time through the commissary and call any approved phone number including cell phones and business phones. Debit calls can also be placed to an international number. Once the call is completed the money is deducted from the inmate’s debit phone account or debit card.
Prepaid Calls – PCS’ Prepaid call accounts can be set up by any end user such as friends and family members to allow inmates to call their specific phone number. When an inmate calls the end user the call charges are deducted from their prepaid account. PCS offers several convenient and easy ways for end users to set up, recharge and manage their prepaid accounts.

3. Customer Service Department – Our dedicated customer service representatives can be reached toll free at 888-288-9879 from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (PST)
4. Mail us a check or money order – End users can also mail us their money order or cashiers check to sign up for a prepaid account. For more information, click here.
Collect Calls – PCS also allows inmates the option to place a traditional collect call to numbers approved by the facility. These call charges appear on the monthly telephone bill of the called party. Unlike debit and prepaid calls, collect calls cannot be placed to cell phones, business phones, hospitals or other commercial numbers.
