PCS offers several easy ways to setup and pay for your Daily Dial™ prepaid calling account:

5. Western Union - Click here to find the Western Union Facility IDs for all PCS-managed Correctional Facilities which offer Western Union as a payment option.
6. Pay by Mail - via Money Order or Cashier's Check. You can deposit any amount of $25 or more to your prepaid account - Click here to download the Pay by Mail form to fill out and send in with your payment

Minimum Payment

Minimum Payment to set up or recharge a Daily Dial™ Account is $50 (some exceptions may apply)

Service Fees

A $6.25 service fee is applied to all Daily Dial™ Account set up or recharge payment transactions conducted online or through the automated pay by phone service.
An $8.00 service fee is applied to all Daily Dial™ Account set up or recharge payment transactions conducted with the help of a live operator.
A $6.00 service fee is imposed by Western Union for all Daily Dial™ Account recharge payment transactions conducted via Western Union.
A $6.95 service fee is imposed by MoneyGram for all Daily Dial™ Account recharge payment transactions conducted via MoneyGram, except for payments made via a Wal-Mart MoneyGram location. Payments made through a Wal-Mart MoneyGram location will subject to a $6.25 service fee
NO SERVICE FEE is applied when you set up or recharge your prepaid account using a money order or cashier’s check*.

*We advise customers that choose this method of payment that it may take 2-5 business days from the time we receive your check or money order for the funds to appear on your prepaid accounts. When sending us your payment by mail, please remember to include your name, your phone number and the name of the correctional facility where your inmate is incarcerated.
